This artwork is my personification of self-discovery. The act of becoming the world around me so that I might find where I fit in. Throughout our lives, we assimilate and adjust to the world to find purpose and belonging. We camouflage to hide certain parts of ourselves to make whatever is left more acceptable for others. This piece sheds light on the psychological growing pains of life and the daunting search for identity.
